Stepping into Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites in Shreveport was a delight. the clean, updated rooms with good beds made for a comfortable overnight stay. the front desk staff, especially the overnight team, was incredibly kind and helpful, even at 1 am. the location was convenient, near the airport, and the indoor pool and gym were a nice touch for relaxation and fitness. Despite a rocky start with a hot room and cleanliness issues, the maintenance staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation promptly. Although the breakfast was not up to par, the overall service and dedication of the staff shone through. I would consider another stay for the warm hospitality and convenient amenities.
